ESSI International – Cradle to Grave Overview
ESSI International’s products are made using recycled (used) tires. The recycling process results in a by-product material that is typically either hauled to a landfill or used as fuel. ESSI International reprocesses this material and uses the finished product(s) to remediate hydrocarbons.

Once the products have been used ESSI International cleans the materials, which are then used, together with cement powder, in place of sand and gravel to make a lightweight concrete. The end result is that none of recycled tire material ever ends up in a landfill, creating a cradle to grave solution for what was formally a major pollutant.

Commercial Filtration Systems
ESSI International provides commercial filtration systems for large scale water or soil remediation projects. The filters are scalable to suit the size or volume requirements of each project and allow for the inclusion of additional filtration products to address contaminates other than hydrocarbons. The filters are able to address both short and long chain hydrocarbons.

Manufactured Products

 ESSI manufactures a line of proactive environmental products including:

• Commercial Filter Tank - 2200 Gallon dual tank used to remove contaminates from water
• Remediation Filter Drum- 25 gallon drum used to remove contaminates from water
•  Truck Spill Kits (required on all trucks over 5 tons)

• Containment Bags - 2 foot X 2 foot configurable Hydrocarbon Containment Bags (used to protect the environment from machinery leakage i.e. oil or hydraulic fluids)

•   Well Head Bags (used to protect the immediate environment around a producing wellhead)

·       Snakes and booms -  2” or 5” thick X 20 ft. long snakes and booms (used to contain & adsorb oil/diesel spills in fresh and salt water).

·        Concrete products : Infused “light weight” concrete (produced from remediated fibre.

• Spill Response products - used to contain and absorb oil and diesel spillls in fresh and salt water
